Generocity Church has truly exemplified remarkable generosity by providing their space at no cost for our food pantry, creating a welcoming and accessible environment for families in need.
Their support isn’t just about the physical space; the leadership team has actively championed the pantry’s mission, spreading the word and sharing updates across all their regional campuses in New South Wales.
This advocacy has motivated new community partners to get involved, leading to the establishment of additional pantry locations in places like Dubbo, Bathurst, and Parkes. By utilising their network and encouraging their congregations to lend a hand, Generocity Church has greatly expanded the pantry’s reach and influence.

Hibbard Homes
Hibbard Homes has been a true cornerstone of support in regional New South Wales, thanks to the vision and dedication of founder Bruce Hibbard. Starting from humble beginnings—hand-mixing cement and raising timber frames—Bruce has always combined his passion for quality craftsmanship with a generous spirit.
When we kicked off our partnership with the food pantry, Hibbard Homes’ marketing team really stepped up, investing tens of thousands of pounds in personalised signage that warmly welcomes visitors at our Coffs Harbour site. This has made a remarkable difference in our visibility and outreach! The marketing team at Hibbard Homes is not just focused on signage; they’re also actively engaged in other aspects of digital marketing! Their creativity and efforts extend well beyond the physical presence we see at our Coffs Harbour site.
But it’s not just about the financial investment; the team has also provided creative direction and logistical support, ensuring that each sign truly reflects our mission in a warm and clear way. Bruce himself has been deeply involved throughout the process, taking the time to advocate for extra funding, and connect us with local suppliers. Ritchies SUPA IGA Park Beach Plaza is a proud part of the family-owned Ritchies IGA network, which is known for its fresh produce and extensive grocery selections. Their Park Beach store truly excels, especially with its delightful bakery offerings!
What I really admire is how the team acknowledges the Gumbaynggirr people as the traditional custodians of the land, showing a wonderful respect for the cultural heritage of the area. They also make an impact through the Ritchies Community Benefit Program, supporting important initiatives like Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea, the Good Friday Appeal, and local emergency relief funds. This really reflects their commitment to the welfare of the community.
Every Christmas, their involvement in the Park Beach Santa Parade brings joy and a sense of connection to hundreds of families. Loaves and Fishes would like to acknowledge our heartfelt appreciation to the children and educators of Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre in Coffs Harbour for their generosity of spirit. After a presentation about the plight of homeless and disadvantaged people in the Coffs Harbour region the kids dug deep into their pockets to present Loaves and Fishes with a donation to aid the disadvantaged. Clearly, the educators of Goodstart and the parents of these children are instilling a caring and benevolent ethos in the children.

The EPA plays a vital role in maintaining a sustainable and healthy environment for both current and future generations.

It formulates and enforces regulations to limit pollution from industries, vehicles, and other sources, thereby reducing the impact of human activities on the environment. EWH Food Services is one of the top foodservice distributors in NSW, with branches in Kingsgrove, Beresfield, and Coffs Harbour. Foodbank
Foodbank is by far, the largest hunger relief organisation in Australia. Last year alone, they provided enough food for over 40 million meals.
Foodbank is a non-denominational, non-profit organisation which acts as a pantry to the charities and community groups who feed the hungry. It was first established in 1992 in NSW and now has a presence in every state and the Northern Territory with distribution centres in all state capitals as well as a number of regional centres. We operate with a staff of approximately 90 employees and over 3,000 volunteers.
Foodbank is a conduit between the food industry’s surplus food and the welfare sector’s need.

We are especially thankful for their generous support of our community pantry through their refrigeration services and for providing free maintenance for our air conditioning units. Community First Disaster Relief
Peter West, the founder and owner of Community First Disaster Relief Limited, really knows his stuff when it comes to coordinating emergency response efforts across New South Wales. With years of hands-on experience under his belt, he has led the organisation in providing essential food parcels to around 30–40 farming families every month, especially during tough times like droughts and floods. He’s also stepped up to deliver emergency relief to households facing difficulties due to COVID-19.
Beyond that, Peter has managed large-scale catering operations for police and first responders during special deployments, making sure those on the frontline stay nourished and focused when it matters most. He truly shines as a collaborator, facilitator, and mediator, bringing together a wide range of stakeholders, from local volunteers and community groups to government agencies to create supportive networks that are both seamless and compassionate.
We’re absolutely delighted to have Peter join our community food pantry team! His extensive expertise in disaster relief and his kind, generous spirit will definitely enhance our ability to support our neighbours in need, helping to foster resilience and hope throughout our region.
