How do I qualify for membership?
You must present proof of need: Pension/Health card/Centrelink Referral etc. All your details will be kept strictly confidential.
Can I share my membership with other people?
Membership is offered to an individual and is not transferable and not to be loaned. Please refer other persons for membership if they require assistance.
Do I need my membership card to receive help?
Everyone, on entry must present their membership card to be able to use our services.
Can I go anywhere in the shop?
Only workers are allowed in storerooms and administration areas. Please be responsible and care for your children at all times.
What is your return policy if I am unhappy with something I receive?
You should understand that some of the food products you are receiving may be past the best before date (Shelf stable Products) or use by date (Frozen Products).
Are there other services included in my membership?
Available services are: Budgeting strategy, Prayer Counselling, Food Store, Mentoring, Life skills classes, Sunday & Midweek Christian study classes and other developing services.
